About the Company

We opened our doors on January 1, 2007 to better serve Anne Arundel County and the surrounding areas. Our firm is following a trend of new small firms forming after years of consolidation. We offer a unique commission plan. Our goal is to help the folks in Annapolis, Baltimore and the surrounding areas enjoy and take advantage of crossing that bridge of savings.

The Broker, Bill Connor formerly of Danko Realty and Investments of Glen Burnie, has over 20 years experience in all phases of Real Estate. Joined by his partner, Jim Rambo who has nearly 25 years of business sales experience, the pair have developed and offer unique services to help buyers and sellers make and save money on their real estate transactions.

The Company has organized to quickly identify area and market trends then provide needed services. For example, the Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) will impact all areas from Annapolis to Odenton with many new buyers and renters while creating opportunities for investors. The ABR offerings have been geared to help those families quickly move-in, out and/or invest in the area. Be it Ft. Meade, NSA or simply the surrounding Odenton Real Estate Community, ABR has a plan to help meet the customer needs. One such plan the Company offers is a unique commission plan ranging from 1% to 4 1/2%. The plan works well with the new online sell it yourself services. The 4 1/2, 3, 1 – Plan as it is called is geared to the for sale by owner market (FSBO). Taking the Real Estate hassles and headaches out of the seller’s hands at an affordable rate is the ABR sales mission.
